1. The service
ShowLedgers is web-based show-finance organization software for concert promoters, talent buyers, small venues, event producers, and live-event operators. It brings show P&L, ticket counts, expenses, advertising spend, box-office reconciliation, settlement records, paperwork status, and rebook context into one workspace. Ticket sales happen through your own ticketing provider. ShowLedgers is not a ticketing platform, a payment processor for ticket buyers, a bank, a payroll provider, an accounting firm, a law firm, or a tax adviser.
2. Accounts and access
You are responsible for accurate account information, for keeping your password private, and for using the service only for records you are authorized to handle. One login is provided per account. Contact support promptly if you believe an account has been accessed without permission. Password resets are sent to the email address on the account.
3. Lifetime-access offer
The current public offer is $300 for lifetime access, with no monthly subscription and no per-user charge. You must verify ownership of your email address and set a password before Stripe Checkout opens. Access activates after Stripe confirms the one-time payment to our server. Lifetime access means access to the currently advertised ShowLedgers features for the life of the service, under the current terms. It is not a promise of every future feature forever. If an extra payment is received for an account that is already active, contact support and it will be reviewed.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use ShowLedgers to violate law, interfere with the service, probe or bypass security, upload malicious code, impersonate another person, or access records you are not authorized to view.
5. Show records, calculations, and exports
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for reviewing any settlement, tax-readiness, or exported record before relying on it or sharing it with another party. Calculations, risk bands, and rebook scores are organizational tools computed from your entries. Settlement PDFs are records for review, not legally binding documents.
6. Professional advice
ShowLedgers does not provide legal, accounting, or tax advice. Paperwork indicators, thresholds, and year-end views do not determine your filing obligations. Confirm those with a qualified professional.
7. Availability and changes
The service is offered as it stands today. Features, workflows, support processes, and these terms may change as the product develops. Material public changes will be reflected on this page.
