ShowLedgers is web-based show-finance organization software for promoters and live-event operators. It brings show P&L, ticket pace, expenses, advertising, settlement records, paperwork status, and rebook context into one workspace.
Terms of Use
These terms explain the current ShowLedgers controlled-launch service, the lifetime-access offer, and the responsibilities that come with an account.

2. Accounts and access
You are responsible for accurate account information, secure login credentials, and using the service only for information you are authorized to handle.
3. Lifetime-access offer
The current public offer is $300 for lifetime access to the currently advertised features, with no monthly subscription or per-user charge. The signup form does not charge you; payment and activation are confirmed directly.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use ShowLedgers to violate law, interfere with the service, bypass security, upload malicious code, impersonate another person, or access records without authorization.
5. Records and exports
You are responsible for reviewing information entered into ShowLedgers and verifying any settlement, tax-readiness, or exported record before relying on it or sharing it.
6. Professional advice
ShowLedgers is not a ticketing platform, accounting firm, law firm, or tax adviser. Product calculations and paperwork indicators are organizational tools, not professional advice.
7. Availability and changes
The service is offered during a controlled launch. Features, workflows, support processes, and these terms may change as the product develops.
